Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and CoStaff Technologies LLC ("CoStaff", "we", "us") for your use of CoStaff. By joining with an invite and using CoStaff, you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

1. What CoStaff is

CoStaff is a personal assistant you message on WhatsApp. It searches and compares options for your errands, sets reminders, reads your Gmail and Google Calendar if you connect them, prepares emails, calendar events and invite answers for you to approve, and can book or fill in forms on websites in a cloud browser.

CoStaff is in an invite-only beta. Features may change, pause or stop.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or over, have an invite, and use CoStaff for yourself. Keep your WhatsApp number and your account secure: you are responsible for what is done through them.

3. You stay in control

• CoStaff sends an email, adds an event, answers an invite or completes a booking only when you tap to approve it on WhatsApp. Check each draft and each confirmation screen before you approve: once approved, it is sent or submitted in your name.
• CoStaff signs in only to accounts you ask it to connect (such as Deliveroo), with a one-time code the site sends you, and never types a password. It never messages anyone but you. If you add a card, CoStaff uses it only for a booking you confirm, to hold it or to pay what the confirmation shows. Fees such as late-cancellation or no-show charges are set by the business and are between you and them.
• A booking or order made on a website is between you and that business. Its terms apply, including deposits and cancellation or no-show fees.

4. AI can be wrong

CoStaff uses AI. It checks each reply against its sources, but it can still misunderstand, miss something or be out of date. Prices, availability and times come from third-party websites and can change. Do not rely on CoStaff for medical, legal, financial or emergency matters.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use CoStaff to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, get around a website's rules or security, or overload or attack CoStaff. We may slow down, pause or close accounts that do.

6. Fees

CoStaff is free during the beta. Each account has a daily usage limit; when it is reached, CoStaff carries on the next day. We will tell you before any charge applies, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

7. Other services

CoStaff works through WhatsApp, Google and other services, whose own terms also apply. We are not responsible for their outages or changes.

8. Ending

You can pause CoStaff or delete your account at any time from your CoStaff page. We may suspend or end your access, for example at the end of the beta or if these terms are broken, and will tell you when we can.

9. Responsibility

During the beta, CoStaff is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for what a business you book with does, and our total liability to you is limited to AED 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you on WhatsApp before a material change takes effect; using CoStaff after that means you accept the change.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
